The Visionary

Born on 7th May 1978 in Wurno village, Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State, Engr. Dr. Nuhu Dallaji Noah is a Nigerian entrepreneur, politician, and renowned philanthropist. His parents—late Aliyu Dallaji, a teacher, and Mama Maina, an adult educator and artisan—instilled in him the values of integrity and discipline that define his public service today.

After completing his secondary education at Dass and obtaining his WASC, he pursued higher education at the University of Maiduguri, where he earned his degree in Computer Engineering with Honours. He holds a Professional Certificate in Information Technology and is a Member of the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS) in Abuja.

Engr. Dallaji's commitment to humanity led him to found the African Children's Talent Discovery Foundation (ACTDF) in 1996—a UN-Grade C NGO that has empowered countless youths across Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, and Senegal. Through ACTDF and his broader Legacy Project, he has invested significantly in youth discovery, sports development, and socio-economic empowerment.

His vision for Bauchi State reflects his life's work: inclusive development that transforms communities through infrastructure, education, healthcare, security, agriculture, and youth empowerment. He runs for House of Representatives not as a politician, but as a destiny changer committed to practical solutions and sustainable progress.
